A 45-minute kick-off coaching session
Three 25-minute private check-in sessions
Weekly 10–15 minute coaching videos
Simple weekly action steps
WhatsApp support and accountability
Practical tools, prompts and resources
Support with meals, mindset, habits and consistency

You will not be handed a rigid meal plan and left to get on with it.

You will be guided, supported and coached to make changes that feel manageable, realistic and sustainable.
